[Abortion, Child loss, Mother death, Blood loss] During their final argument, Frank says he wished April had aborted her pregnancy when she had the chance, and then she runs into the woods, distraught. Finally, she attempts an at-home abortion, but it goes wrong and she bleeds to death.
